Qizha Organics Return & Refund Policy

At Qizha Organics, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at qizhaorganics@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh herbs, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or wellness items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
